This collection is for last year’s cohort of Year 11 and Year 13 students.

Exam certificates can be collected from Central Reception on the following dedicated collection dates:

• Monday 1st December | Time: 3.30pm – 5.00pm

• Monday 8th December | Time: 3.30pm – 5.00pm

• Monday 15th December | Time: 3.30pm – 5.00pm

Exam certificates are important documents that may be required for future education or employment. Please ensure they are collected and stored safely. Uncollected certificates will be kept until December 2026, after which they will be disposed of in line with JCQ regulations. 

If your son/daughter cannot attend in person, certificates may be collected by a sibling currently attending Queensbury, or by another nominated family member or friend. They must bring: 

• A signed letter of permission from the former student, and 

• Their own photo ID 

If you are unable to attend on the listed dates or have any queries, please contact the Exams Office at: exams@queensbury.anthemtrust.uk 

Thank you for your support in ensuring all certificates are collected promptly. 

Important

If students cannot collect their certificates in person, a third party may collect them on their behalf. This may be:

• A sibling attending this school

• A parent or family member

• A friend

They must bring:

• A signed letter of permission from the student, and their own photo ID
