The designated certificate collection dates are below.  Certificates can be collected from Central Reception. 

• Monday 7th December | Time: 3.30pm – 5.00pm 
• Monday 14th December | Time: 3.30pm – 5.00pm 

Exam certificates are important documents that may be required for future education or employment. Please ensure they are collected and stored safely. Uncollected certificates will be kept until December 2027, after which they will be disposed of in line with JCQ regulations. 

If your son/daughter cannot attend in person, certificates may be collected by a sibling currently attending Queensbury, or by another nominated family member or friend. They must bring: 

• A signed letter of permission from the former student, and 
• Their own photo ID
